Cold-formed U and L Steel Sections
Intercom Group Ltd produce cold-formed U and L profiles in accordance with international standard EN 10162 and 10025, for metal construction works, photovoltaic parks and structural applications. The production range includes multiple sizes and lengths to meet every application requirement. All of the products are produced as per the standard’s tolerances.

DESCRIPTION
Cold-formed structural U- and L- steel profiles, produced from hot-rolled steel sheets.
DIMENSIONS
U-profiles: Height (H) ā from 50 up to 180 mm; Width (B) ā from 30 up to 80 mm; wall thickness 3.0 or 4.0 mm.
L-profiles: Dimension AĆB ā from 20Ć20 up to 70Ć70 mm; wall thickness 2, 3 or 4 mm.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
U-profiles ā Standard: EN 10162; Steel grade: S235JRH.
L-profiles ā Standard: EN 10025 (steel grade) / EN 10162 (dimensions); Steel grade: S235JR; Certificate: 2.2.
APPLICATION:
