This exciting expansion will significantly boost both our warehouse and production capacities.
 Phase 1: Construction of a brand-new, 8,000 sq.m warehouse—set to be completed within the next 6 months.
 Phase 2: Installation of a new ERW production line capable of handling size ranges from 50×50 up to 150×150, with wall thicknesses from 2 to 6 mm, and steel grades S235JR and S355JR.
This marks a bold step forward as we scale up to meet growing demand and deliver even more value to our customers.

Megaprofil IG GmbH gehört zu der großen Familie der Intercom Group GmbH und ist auf die Herstellung von runden, quadratischen und rechteckigen geschweißten Stahlhohlprofilen spezialisiert. Gegründet im Jahr 2006, setzt das Unternehmen die neuesten Technologien und Ausrüstungen für die Rohrproduktion ein. Der Standort in Ruse, dem größten bulgarischen Flusshafen an der Donau, gewährleistet einen großen logistischen Vorteil für den Transport der Produktion nach Mittel- und Westeuropa.

Das Werk verfügt über eine Betriebsfläche von 24 000 m², 140 erfahrene Mitarbeiter arbeiten an 3 Produktionslinien für Bau- und Kesselrohre, 2 Linien für die Herstellung von Präzisionsrohren und 1 Linie für U- und L-Profile. Die jährliche Produktionskapazität für Rohre und Hohlprofile beträgt 70 000 Tonnen und im Jahr 2021 wurden über 25 Mio. Meter produziert. Für das Jahr 2022 sind neue Investitionen geplant, welche die Dienstleistungsfläche für die Entwicklung künftiger Tätigkeiten verdoppeln werden.
